Book Your Spot for Our Next Class

Cost per session is $35. You may sign up for classes 3 weeks in advance, and spots are first come first serve. You will receive validation from Barbara after submitting this form confirming your spot for the upcoming class. Confirm your method of prepayment: Zelle or Venmo, cash, check upon arrival 

Prior to class eligibility, everyone must  have attended 3 Happy Back and Spine Group Classes at the Lourie Center.

We have a 24 Hour Cancelation Policy to allow others to participate in the class.
